GOOD TO KNOW
Privacy Policy
We want you and your family to feel comfortable while you explore Emilie’s games. This page explains what the website collects and the choices you have.
Last updated: 24 July 2026
The quick version
You do not need an Emilie • Plus account to use this website. The site does not include registration, chat, payment forms, or a place to upload personal information. We use website analytics and ordinary hosting records to understand visits, keep the site working, and make it better.
Who looks after this website
The Emilie • Plus website team looks after this site and the information described here. If you have a privacy question, email hi@emilie.plus. Children can ask a parent or guardian to help with any privacy request.
Information the website receives
Website analytics
The site loads AI Brain analytics. It creates persistent visitor and session identifiers in browser storage and receives the page title, full page address, referring page, page visibility, visitor ID, and session ID. While a page is visible, it also receives a short activity signal about every five seconds.
Technical requests and security
Cloudflare and the site’s hosting services process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include an IP address, browser or device details, requested page, request time, and security information.
Messages you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, private Roblox account details, or information you do not want us to have.
Why we use this information
- To deliver the website and keep it safe and reliable.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To answer messages and privacy requests.
- To follow legal obligations and protect people when necessary.
The analytics script currently loads automatically. You can use your browser’s privacy controls or content-blocking tools to limit browser storage and analytics requests.
Who receives information
AI Brain Systems receives the analytics information described above. Cloudflare and the site’s hosting services process technical requests. An email provider processes a message only when you choose to email us. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. We may share information when the law requires it or when it is reasonably necessary to protect someone’s safety or rights.
Roblox and other websites
Links to Roblox, YouTube, and X take you to separate services. Those services decide what they collect and how they use it. Playing an Emilie’s Games experience happens on Roblox and is covered by the Roblox Privacy and Cookie Policy, not this website policy.
Children and families
This website is made for families and visitors of many ages. We do not ask a child to create a website account or tell us their age. Analytics still applies when any visitor opens the site. If you are a child, please ask a parent or guardian before emailing us or following a link to another service.
How long information is kept
Analytics and technical records are kept only for as long as they are useful for understanding the site, maintaining security, meeting legal duties, or resolving a problem. Email messages are kept while we answer the request and for as long as a reasonable record is needed.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses. Email hi@emilie.plus and tell us how we can help. We may need enough information to confirm and find the relevant record, but we will not ask for more than necessary.
You can also contact the data protection authority where you live if you have a concern about how your personal information is handled. Your available rights and the way you can use them depend on the laws that apply where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or its services change. The date at the top will show when the latest version was published.
